Wilkes-Barre flooding, 100,000 evacuated

Hurricane Irene only glanced off of NYC, but flood season has continued in PA. Despite GOP claims that climate change is a “phony mess” (Perry),  more knowledgeable experts say that this year’s floods are a harbinger of worse to come.
